ഇതര സർവ്വകലാശാലകളിൽ നിന്നും വിദൂര വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം വഴി 2017 അഡ്മിഷൻ മുതൽ പ്രവേശനം നേടി ബിരുദ/ ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദം നേടിയവർ , കോഴ്സ് റെക്കഗ്നിഷൻ /യോഗ്യത/തുല്യത സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം താഴെ പറയുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നിർബന്ധമായും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്:

  • ഇതര സർവകലാശാലകൾ നടത്തുന്ന വിദൂര വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം വഴിയുള്ള കോഴ്‌സുകൾക്ക് UGC Distance Education Bureau(DEB) യുടെ അംഗീകാരം ഉണ്ടെന്നും
  • UGC ODL Regulations 2017 പ്രകാരം പ്രസ്തുത അപേക്ഷകരുടെ Learners support centre, exam centre എന്നിവ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സർവകലാശാലയുടെ territorial jurisdiction ൽ തന്നെയാണെന്ന് സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുകയും
  • സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ അപേക്ഷകന്റെ പേര്, രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ, പ്രോഗ്രാമിന്റെ പേര്, പരീക്ഷാ കേന്ദ്രം, പഠന കേന്ദ്രം എന്നീ വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി
  • അസിസ്റ്റൻറ് രജിസ്ട്രാറുടെ റാങ്കിൽ കുറയാത്ത സർവകലാശാലയിലെ ഒരു ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തി നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്‌.

പ്രൈവറ്റ്/ഡീംഡ് സർവ്വകലാശാലകളിൽ നിന്നും നേടുന്ന എല്ലാ ബിരുദ / ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദ/ എം ഫിൽ /പിഎച്ച് ഡി കോഴ്‌സുകളുടെയും കോഴ്സ് റെക്കഗ്നിഷൻ, യോഗ്യത/തുല്യത സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അംഗീകൃത ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിലെ റെഗുലർ വിദ്യാർത്ഥിയാണെന്ന് സർവകലാശാല രജിസ്ട്രാർ നൽകുന്ന "Regular Oncampus Student Certificate" നിർബന്ധമായും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ടി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ :

  • Name of Programme
  • Name of Department with the Name of Campus
  • Mode of study
  • Duration

എന്നിവ കൃത്യമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്.

Programmes in the specialization of Healthcare and Allied Disciplines

In compliance with the UGC Public Notice F. No. 4-1/2025(DEB-NER), dated 12th August, 2025, the issuance of Eligibility/Equivalency Certificates for programmes in the specialization of Healthcare and Allied Disciplines (including Psychology), falling under the NCAHP Act, 2021, in ODL and Online mode, shall stand discontinued from the July-August 2025 academic session onwards.

Click the "Forgot password?" link in the login page and provide your email id that you have already given during registration. Your user id and password will be sent to you via registered email id and mobile no.
Mail id used at the time of registration is treated as your User ID. If you donot remember which email id you have used for registration, Sent an email to Technical support Email id provided in the website.
No. You need to register only once and use the same User ID for applying for certificate listed in this website.
The dimensions of all the documents: The Maximum size is restricted to 200kb. Minimum Width: 500px and Minimum height: 500px. Allowed types are gif,jpg,png and jpeg. You should ensure that the uploaded certificate is very clear and readable. Unreadable certificates will lead to the rejection of your application.
In case your degree is of a regular course and the degree is not found among the listed course, you can sent an Email to acd@mgu.ac.in with scanned copies of Degree certificate/Provisional certificate and TC/Course certificate for taking necessary action for listing the said course/university and enabling you to submit application.
Click on Check Eligibility link, select the university and course level then click on search button. Will list the recognised courses along with the list of documents needed for applying.
Login to your account and click course recognition button. Fill your application and pay fee. Take the printout of your application and Mail the application form along with listed documents to courserecogn@mgu.ac.in from registered Email id.
You should have a valid Email id and Mobile number. You have to enter all your education qualifications and upload all the documents listed. Pay fee online.

You can see status in profile as Applied/Submitted. You can edit your application for next 3hr from application submission. After 3Hr edit option will get disabled.
The Process of course recognition may take 6+months to complete and after that you will receive an intimation mail/message. Applying for course recognition is not a guarantee to get Equivalency/Eligibility certificate.
